Mr. Mukai has over 40 years of experience with business law and related matters, including acquisition and sale of businesses and assets, drafting and reviewing contracts, entity formation and dissolution,  and intellectual property.  He also has extensive experience with company policies and procedures, corporate governance, and compliance with securities laws and other laws applicable to public companies.

Mr. Mukai received a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and Applied Science from the California Institute of Technology in 1978 (with honors) and a Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School in 1984.  Prior to law school, he worked for General Motors with responsibility for the design of electrical wiring in Chevrolet passenger cars.  Mr. Mukai joined Rush Moore LLP in February 2015 and is Co-Managing Partner of the firm.
