Nicole A. (Sato) Yonamine is a partner in the firm and her practice concentrates on real property, finance, and commercial law.  Her experience includes the representation of clients with respect to the purchase and sale of real property, real estate development, commercial leasing, financing transactions, foreclosures and collection actions.

Ms. Yonamine received her law degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, William S. Richardson School of Law, in 2019.  While pursuing her law degree, Ms. Yonamine volunteered with the University of Hawaii Elder Law Program, and she was also a research assistant to Professor David L. Callies and a teaching assistant for Legal Research.  In addition, she was a member of the William S. Richardson School of Law Client Counseling Team.
